Created in 1923 to promote technical progress and encourage the development of the automobile, the 24 Hours of Le Mans is the oldest and most prestigious of endurance car races. The principle is simple: crews of two drivers per car take turns racing day and night for 24 hours. For the 3rd year running, Alain Figaret is the official dresser for this legendary race, as well as for Le Mans Classic, a race for classic cars that competed in the event from 1923 to 1979.

A chance for us to discover first-hand what makes this unique race so special. This year, it was once again the Audis who won. Since their formation at Audi in 2010, the Marcel Fässler-André Lotterer-Benoît Tréluyer trio has built up an outstanding record of achievements, with a World Championship title and three successes at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2011, 2012 and 2014.

Every 2 years in July, the Le Mans circuit brings back to life the epic story of these heroes, in the presence of race cars and models that competed in the event from 1923 to 1979. Time stands still, the atmosphere of yesteryear takes hold of the circuit and the
legendary endurance race relives its finest hours for a weekend.
We were also able to see Ludovic Leboeuf, president of Alain Figaret, race his Jaguar F-type at Le Mans Classic. Alain Figaret also dedicates a collection to Le Mans Classic. With this new collection, Alain Figaret pays a vibrant tribute to the glory days of endurance racing at Le Mans.
Dedicated to gentlemen drivers and lovers of sporting elegance, it has been designed in the purest spirit of historic racing and is adorned with the event’s official logo in a chic leather version.
