“VSP Chalayan”, a capsule collection for Spring/Summer 2015, in which VSP’s signature materials, leather and special materials ranging from delicate cotton to linens, will be reinterpreted by dʼHussein Chalayan’s visionary fashion for a series of 20 unique women’s pieces. The line, ranging from dresses to jackets, is influenced by innovative shapes and structures, blending artistic and architectural references, and taking feminine forms into other dimensions to create new silhouettes.
VSP is delighted to announce a three-season collaboration with Hussein Chalayan, one of the biggest names in fashion.

Kadri Soygül, CEO and Creative Director of VSP, shares his excitement about this collaboration with Hussein Chalayan and highlights
its perfect fit, with VSPʼs identity and Chalayan creative vision finding their inspirations in various branches of art. “VSP usually focuses on minimalist design rich in sophisticated detail. While pushing the boundaries of contemporary feminine codes, the pieces remain timeless. Lʼasymmetry is something we have in common, which led us to cross paths with Hussein Chalayan, and this encounter gave birth to the VSP Chalayan collection. Our collaboration with a designer and artist like Hussein will not only bring a new dimension to our brand but will bring something dʼinnovative to the luxury market in general.”
Inspired by concepts that are, a priori, not from the fashion world. Speaking about this collaboration Chalayan says, “I am sincerely honored and very happy to be working with VSP to produce the “VSP Chalayan” collection. Itʼs a first for the Chalayan brand, I feel this collection will be a high point in design, innovation, craftsmanship, while being playful and desirable. The piecesʼinspiration mirrors the Chalayan house language but also the existing VSP aesthetic, resulting in a collection that would never have existed without this collaboration.”
The collaboration represents VSP’s passion for design with artistic and architectural references, while Hussein Chalayan creates designs that combine fashion and art.
