A few days ago, I was lucky enough to spend some time at the Subroom, the place that’s all the buzz these days. This ephemeral space imagined by Heineken is a loft dedicated to the brand’s universe. A great spot for the World Cup.

The adventure began with a letter I received at home with a key and an address in the 14th arrondissement. I head off to the place using Uber’s services, which I’m testing for the first time. The journey goes perfectly. I enter the Subroom, a huge loft with a terrace and all that, right in the heart of Paris!

Today’s lunch is orchestrated by the talented William Pradeleix, who works at the Will. A true moment of happiness. Salt-seared salmon and chunks of miter well accompanied by small purées. For dessert, a delicious basil panna cotta with roasted pineapple.

One of the attractions is the Fridge. A huge refrigerated area with hundreds of beers. A soccer fan’s paradise! In the room, the advert for the venue runs on a loop.

During my visit, I also discovered The Sub, the beer machine for the home. Ideal for evenings out with friends. The machine is very aesthetic.
