Sophrologist and brand creator Maryse de Wever created the Spa-sophrologie with the aim of offering a global concept of well-being within the spa. The treatment protocols are designed to achieve an optimal state of muscular and mental relaxation. Thanks to dynamic relaxation exercises based on breathing techniques, the body is more receptive to the treatments it receives.
