Luxsure was able to discover IT ROCKS, a new burger joint in the heart of Paris. The concept is headed up by Florent Labrousse and François Garnier, one of whom comes from the financial world, while the other is already head of Bagel Shop (2 outlets in Paris).
They both start from the same premise: in the burger market, either the big chains offer cheap but tasteless products, or good burgers come at prices that are far too high.
IT ROCKS is committed to being accessible in terms of price, guaranteeing professional quality and always providing the origin of its ingredients.
The brand stands out because it has enlisted the help of two Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (MOF) to develop its recipes. The first MOF imagined the compotes that make up the different burgers, while the second created the bun that is incomparable to the breads of other chains.
Florent and François are launching two hyper-accessible offers:
- 8€90 for a burger à la carte
- 9€90 for 1 burger + 1 fries + 1 drink
IT ROCKS offers a choice of 6 burger recipes, as well as a new burger recipe every 2 months.
As far as I’m concerned, IT ROCKS is first and foremost a red sign that can be spotted from afar, where the welcome is super pleasant.
I was able to try the Double Cheese Rocks and the Chicken Rocks, nothing like any burger I’ve had before. Visually, the burger doesn’t move, and in the mouth, it’s an explosion of flavors. First of all, the bun is surprising, as we’re not used to such a bread. Then for the Chicken Rocks (which is my favorite), the texture of the chicken is chewy (nothing to do with breaded chicken burgers). As for the compote, it’s a real delight. The fries are homemade and accompanied by a spicy homemade sauce that I simply adored.
IT ROCKS offers excellent value for money, while offering customers burgers with real flavor.
