From March 2, the 1st floor of the Hôtel Fouquet’s Barrière will host a generous gourmet brunch every Sunday, featuring a unique range of organic, local and gluten-free products.
With friends or loved ones, in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, the Michelin-starred restaurant Le Diane, the bar Le Lucien and the hotel’s interior garden, a veritable haven of peace just a stone’s throw from the Champs-Elysées, transform for the duration of a Sunday break into a cornucopia of gourmet delights, where savory, sweet and deliciously cooked delights are discovered from buffet to buffet for 360° pleasure.
Make way for a whirlwind of authentic, gourmet and refined flavors, an absolute distillation of the savoir-faire of Hôtel Fouquet’s Barrière chefs Jean-Yves Leuranguer (Head Chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France), Christophe Schmitt (Chef of Michelin-starred restaurant Le Diane and winner of the Prix Taittinger 2012) and Claude Ducrozet (Hôtel Pâtissier). The Hotel Fouquet’s Barrière brunch features delicious gluten-free (breads, pastas and gourmet crepes), organic (eggs, chicken, olive oil, etc.) and seasonal local produce.
With a nod to the hotel’s latest restaurant, La Petite Maison de Nicole, Mediterranean touches can be found here and there: generous burrattas, exquisite stuffings, grilled peppers, tiramisu and white chocolate cream are all on offer. With the first rays of sunshine, the pleasure of brunch is naturally extended to the hotel’s peaceful inner garden, with barbecue entertainment for grilled fish, prawns, beef and poultry.
This new event is sure to delight hedonists in search of gustatory journeys.
