The authenticity of the recipe for this mythical cake has been preserved, with only the shape changed to individual hearts, plain or with raspberries.
Le Puits d’Amour is revisited with La Tarte Tropézienne cream topped with raspberries. Le Croc’Amour is a little “pièce montée” for two, with choux pastries topped with La Tarte Tropézienne cream.
