What is #CAPTURCALL?

A scheme begun with UBER, Renault Capturs driven by comedian and humorist Verino criss-cross the city in search of their next passenger.

Completely crazy, right?

Selected at random, customers are presented with a choice: go to their destinationor accept to be plunged into the unknown and enjoy an unforgettable experience. And that’s where it gets tricky? Are you ready to give up what you’ve got to do to live a crazy experience proposed by a zany individual?

Most said No... and a montage of these reactions was broadcast on TV in the form of a teaser redirecting users to capturcall.fr, where they can view all the first reactions, both positive and negative. Because those who said YES became the stars of three incredible experiences with the complicity of Jean-Charles de Castelbajac, Jean-François Piège and Jean-Paul Rouve, edited into slightly longer videos: brand content hosted on YouTube and also visible on capturcall.fr.

But the adventure has only just begun, because fans of the campaign who are already following it on the #CAPTURCALL contact points opened for the occasion on Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest, or who come across the appointments given in the press, will have the opportunity to answer the call of the Renault Captur themselves to experience other exceptional moments.

To open the ball of #CAPTURCALL offered to the general public, the world of fashion has been chosen, through two initial events:

– VIP shopping. 120 people were invited to enjoy gift shopping during the Bel Air brand’s private sales. Participants ranged from those who said YES to #CapturCall while going about their business, to those who said YES to #CaoturCall on Twitter. Afterwards, they all gathered in the Adèle Sand showroom reserved for the occasion. Makes a change from the daily grind, doesn’t it?

– Martin Margiela Haute Couture fashion show. A rare privilege: an invitation for 2 to the Maison Martin Margiela Autumn-Winter 2014 fashion show during Haute Couture week. #CAPTURCALL, an operation to follow for 3 months, always where you least expect it.
