At €100, each reservation includes menu and drinks.

” The aim of the sustainable dinners is to prove that responsible catering is totally in tune with today’s expectations, and that it doesn’t require any compromises in terms of quality or the culinary identity of chefs “. Nicolas Darnauguilhem, San Degeimbre, Frédéric Dujarrier, Cybèle Idelot and François Pasteau, the chefs in La brigade des dîners durables all share a natural commitment to sustainable development.
