On the program for December 31st, after a welcome cocktail in the hotel bar: a sumptuous gala dinner in one of the prestigious salons of this historic establishment nestled in the heart of the old town. Scallops and crayfish sauté, sea bass confit with Portuguese risotto, veal and foie gras sauce. .. The five-course menu concocted by chef Pedro Sequeira features local produce and traditional Portuguese cuisine brought up to date. The night continues with an open bar and DJ dance party at the Astoria restaurant. The luminous bay windows of this former café, long a city landmark, offer a breathtaking view of the famous Avenue dos Aliados and its impressive listed buildings. A magical, festive atmosphere guaranteed! Early-morning coffee, hot chocolate and croissants will be served to night owls! And a sumptuous January 1st brunch, featuring salads, seafood, hot dishes, meat by the slice and a dessert cart, rounds off this unforgettable celebration of the New Year.
