In view of its incredible success, the Hackett London boutique on boulevard des Capucines is expanding. Located on the Parisian right bank, in one of the capital’s biggest shopping districts, the boutique at 37 boulevard des Capucines opened its doors in 2008.

Today, with a surface area of 350 m², 70% larger than before, it is the largest Hackett outlet in Paris.

Now installed on two levels, the store retains its original layout on the first floor, where the casual and children’s ready-to-wear collections are presented. Upstairs, access to costumes and accessories is via a grand staircase, decorated with Hackett’s signature collection of photographs and original lithographs.

Opposite this boutique, the new extension houses a barber’s salon with two chairs, a bespoke tailor’s workshop and a larger sales area.

In the new tailor’s workshop, customers can take a close look at the various offerings, get measured and place an order with Hackett’s Made-to-Measure service.

The space features a traditional tailor’s table for taking orders, fabric samples hanging on the walls and some of the finest furniture from the mid-20th century.

Bespoke Tailoring

Made-to-measure

The master tailor at Hackett’s Sloane Street boutique is moving to France to set up the new bespoke service in Paris. He will start work on October 23, 2013.

For Demi-Mesure, two fittings are required.

There are three jacket styles and a choice of over 500 fabrics from the finest Italian, English and Scottish drapers.

Prices range from 995 to 2000 euros, depending on the complexity of the model and the choice of fabrics.

In addition, a Full Bespoke service will be available from November 2013 at the boulevard des Capucines boutique only, with the creation of a specific cut for the customer based on their morphology.

There’s also a made-to-measure shirt service using Thomas Mason fabrics (founded in 1789), renowned for their unsurpassed Egyptian cottons.

Finally, Hackett offers made-to-measure ties and personalized cufflinks.

The salon will be managed by Les Mauvais Garçons, one of Paris’s most famous barbers. These French-style “bad boys” offer a complete hairdressing and barbering service in a traditional British setting.

Hackett Barbier2Customers can also order refreshments from the bar, or sit in the lounge to relax and discover Hackett’s luxury Mayfair collection. The store extension also houses an Aston Martin Racing area, where the collection takes center stage, skilfully enhanced by leather, carbon fiber and chrome furnishings in the image of these British supercars.

Hackett’s new boutique on boulevard des Capucines, the brand’s French flagship, now offers style-conscious men Hackett fashion from head to toe, and testifies to the popularity of this typically English label in the French capital.
