C MAGIC at Centquatre from December 21 to February 02

For thisnew edition of C’Magic, the Cie 14:20 imagines a series of magical installations as unprecedented sensory experiences. By setting up t discontinuous emporalities,the œour perception of time and question the fragility of existenceof existence through the theme of disappearance. In additionor the 2013 edition, Cie 14:20 is entrusting to director Louise Lévêque (Cie Vivre dans le feu) to design a magical, immersive library, alive and bubbling, that will lead spectators into an intimate encounter with the words of poets and literary creation.

You will evolve in universes where real objects disappear, where time makes
of
new beings appear.
The uniqueness of these works is undoubtedly due to the fact that the artists come from performing arts backgrounds, integrating a sense of temporality into the devices imagined as sensory journeys. The viewer’s perception is disturbed. Time passes more slowly, objects come to life, empty space is inhabited by a poetic force. Follow a corridor to the other side of the mirror, into a living library and library that’s looking to speak to you.
