As a young fashion design graduate, I’m particularly interested in accessories, especially bags, and it’s in this sector that I’ve chosen to specialize. Always on the lookout for cultural events, I’m passionate about anything that has anything to do with artistic creation. An art and fashion enthusiast, I’ve created a blog www.secondskins.net, where these two fields are combined through the theme of skin.
An image junkie, I’m interested in all mediums and I’m always on the lookout for new inspiration, whether it comes from webzines on the Internet, paper magazines, film extracts or paintings from various eras. I like well-crafted images that reflect a concern for aesthetics, where every detail is worked on and nothing is left to chance, which doesn’t prevent a certain spontaneity. An eclectic, I admire photographers like David Lachapelle and Annie Leibovitz as much as Cindy Sherman, Erwin Olaf or Helmut Newton.
I love photography, as much in practice as in admiration, for this sublimation of reality, a kind of dimension where any creative madness is possible. I try to capture the beauty of a moment, of a person, to create “stories” or “characters” through my photographs, to transport people into another world.
I had the pleasure of discovering pixmypix through a friend who told me about the Luxsure challenge and encouraged me to take part.
