For their latest appearance at Paris Fashion Week prêt-à-porter Spring/Summer 2014, brothers Eric and Philip Chu, better known as Ground Zero, invited us to take over Atelier Richelieu.

Inspired by the natural evolution of women, from adolescence to self-fulfillment, Ground Zero offers an entire collection that’s both punchy and futuristic.

Like a woman’s character, the collection offers structured, graphic lines to demonstrate her strength, fluorescent colors and unreal, avant-garde prints to preserve her youthfulness, but also worked transparencies to materialize her fragility.

The mix of materials such as silk chiffon, neoprene and organza, with electrified colors like yellow, pink and blue, gave us a fascinating Ground Zero-like presentation of “house” pieces like slim-fitting dresses and revisited teddys.

A new collection in keeping with the quirky style we love from Ground Zero.
