Carte d’or: Drappier’s star champagne

The Drappier family has been cultivating vines in the Aube region, in Urville to be precise, for two hundred years, where they create Champagne wines imbued with precision and elegance. Precision means rigor at every stage, from vineyard to bottling. Elegance is the signature of a family whose authentic relationship with nature and people has been passed down from generation to generation. The Carte d’Or champagne, created in 1952, is the House’s “star”, a must-have!

For the “Brut”, Pinot Noir has left its mark: fine, characteristic notes of red fruit and quince jelly, enhanced by a touch of spice in a very well-structured palate. Dosed at 7g/l, the liqueur is intimately blended with the wine. Lively, elegant and long on the palate, this wine is balance in all its dimensions, offering great power. Served at a temperature of 9°C as an aperitif, it can also be enjoyed with all starters (with the exception of crudités), white meats and grilled fish with a delicate citrus juice.
In short, the Drappier Carte d’Or is vinous, full-bodied and greedy. Unquestionably, a fine vintage. .
