Sparkling, playful and gourmet, come and discover the FAUCHON Attraction collection from June 21 to September 10, 2013! Patisserie, Catering, Grocery, all in the colors of summer to offer you a fantastic range of culinary creations.
Inspired by the world of summer fairs, the 2013 summer collection is colorful, bold and whimsical. Pommes d’amours, hot dogs, everyone gets in on the action for an explosive tasting experience.
As for pastries, Fauchon transports us with its “Nez de clown”, a dark chocolate shell coated with a magenta glaze on a pistachio financier base, revealing a runny heart with Griottine de Lorraine. But also with its “pomme d’amour duo” éclaires or its carousel-inspired “Charlotte tourbillon”.
On the catering side, chef Sébastien Monceaux takes us by surprise with three new refined creations where sweet and savory meet to delight the senses in a modern yet atypical design: Tomates d’amour, Spirales de Saumon fumé and Churros salés. “Traditionally associated with sweet confectionery, these recipes highlight seasonal products and express our salty, contemporary and gourmet vision of the fairground!…” explains Sébastien Monceaux. 
And Fauchon Réception, the company’s events subsidiary, is delighted with a sparkling capsule collection which, according to Jérôme Dutois, Chef de Cuisine FAUCHON Réception, “invites you to discover new facets of exceptional products”. You’ll be able to discover foie gras lollipops with tutti frutti nougat, for example, not to mention a few bonbons of veal confit with summer truffles.
FAUCHON ATTRACTION will be taking up residence on the Place de la Madeleine this summer, offering a unique opportunity to treat yourself to chic and delicious products.
