This Wednesday, April 26, saw the release of Etienne Comar’s film “Django”, starring Reda Kateb, a biopic about the passionate gypsy musician Django Reinhardt.

With its lilting name and nomadic spirit, Django Evasion (see photo) is as catchy as the gypsy prodigy’s jazzy tunes. Did you know that in 2016, this scooter covered over 12,000 kilometers from Paris to Ho Chi Minh, during the “Django Adventure”?

Resolutely free and daring, the neo-retro model from Peugeot Scooters is distinguished by its sublime curves, directly inspired by the mythical Peugeot S55 of the 50s.

Beneath its retro looks, Django is equipped with an all-new EasyMotion fuel-injected engine that significantly reduces emission and vibration levels, without compromising performance. In addition, the vehicle is fitted as standard with an SBC (Synchro Braking Concept) combined braking system, which distributes braking power simultaneously to the front and rear wheels. In terms of equipment, the scooter features a semi-digital dashboard, two gloveboxes, one with a 12V socket for recharging your phone, a LED light signature, a trunk for a jet helmet and a flat floor. A clever detail: the bag holder under the handlebars!

Model presented: Django Evasion 50cc Vitamin orange, from 2499 euros.

Also available in Heritage, Sport, Evasion, Allure versions and fully customizable with ID, 50 and 125 cc – www.peugeotscooters.fr
