The courtyard of the Lycée Carnot in Paris, transformed into a couture salon for Riccardo Tisci’s remarkable Givenchy collection. An army of strong yet fragile Amazons, sheathed in leather, thigh-high boots or leggings, their waists always slim, their petticoats twirling. Omnipresent and always imbued with mysticism, white lace is perfectly integrated with studded leathers and metal. What imagination, right down to the uniform revisited by the long sleeveless frock coat and the interpretation of brandebourgs. Bare shoulders dripping with chiffon accentuate the femininity and sensuality of this collection.
