Henrik Vibskov, The Spaghetti Handjob, AW14
For this Fall Winter 2014 collection, Henrik Vibskov draws his inspiration from the conflict between order and disorder: polar explorations, culinary preparations, storage and filing.
All elements that are chaotic and complex. The different forms of food: cooked spaghetti vs. raw spaghetti. All this very 70’s culinary inspiration set against the military coldness of Russian polar and military expeditions. A joyful chaos of inspiration and clothing. Wide pants, layers of clothing, exaggerated prints. The colors are orange, saffron, red and green, cut with a white reminiscent of icebergs.
