Not everyone is a member of Haute-Couture. We are delighted to learn that designer Bouchra Jarrar has joined the very closed circle of haute-couture houses, following a review by the Commission de Classement Couture Création, meeting at the Ministère du Redressement productif on December 16.
Bouchra Jarrar, a graduate of the Duperré fashion school who has also worked for Balenciaga and Christian Lacroix, created her own label in 2010 and now works alongside some of the biggest names in haute-couture.
