Art Paris 2024 returns for its 26th edition at the Grand Palais Éphémère, demonstrating remarkable vitality and creativity. Running from April 4 to 7, this modern and contemporary art fair brings together 136 hand-picked galleries from 25 countries, reflecting the richness and diversity of today’s art scene.
This year’s edition features two key themes: “Fragile Utopias. A look at the French scene” and “Art & Craft”. Under the direction of curators Éric de Chassey and Nicolas Trembley, these themes offer a fresh and in-depth look at artistic creation, from the exploration of the contemporary French scene to artists’ investment in the field of artisanal know-how.
The “Promesses” sector, dedicated to young galleries, and the “Solo Show” solo exhibitions highlight both new talents and historic figures in modern and contemporary art. This is a unique opportunity for visitors to discover innovative works and rediscover artists deserving renewed attention.
Art Paris 2024 is also committed to an eco-responsible approach, being the first fair in the world to adopt an eco-design approach since 2022. This initiative, which includes reducing environmental impact and promoting sustainable mobility, reflects the fair’s commitment to a sustainable future.
This edition coincides with a cultural and artistic revival in Paris, particularly in preparation for the 2024 Olympic Games. The VIP program “À Paris pendant Art Paris” will highlight this effervescence with appointments at leading cultural institutions.
Art Paris 2024 promises to be a must-attend event for art lovers, collectors and industry professionals, offering an immersive experience in the world of modern and contemporary art.
We look forward to welcoming you to Art Paris 2024 to celebrate art in all its forms, in a spirit of discovery and innovation.
