Exclusively from animals raised by producers in the Maïsadour cooperative group in the South-West, the foies gras selected by the House of Fine Foods meet strict specifications at every stage of processing. Traditionally cooked and seasoned by hand in workshops located in the heart of the Gers region, each duck foie gras is certified IGP Sud-Ouest (Protected Geographical Indication).

To celebrate the festive season in style, Comtesse du Barry has created a whole duck foie gras for gourmets. Seasoned with Guérande salt, Armagnac and 3 peppercorns, it is then cooked at low temperature to obtain a melting texture and an authentic taste.

quality ingredients and the selection of Label Rouge IGP Sud-Ouest duck foie gras.
