The Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping reveals its poster and surrounds itself with a world-renowned New York artist. JonOne follows in the footsteps of Robert Combas, Paola Pivi, Ida Tursic and Wilfried Mille. His colorful work, halfway between graffiti and abstract expressionism, will be on display in Paris from June onwards and for the duration of the event.
The Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping, a 5* show jumping competition, will be back on the Champ de Mars on June 30, July 1 and 2 in a sporting, urban and cultural atmosphere. Open to all, this major stage in the international circuit of the Longines Global Champions Tour attracts over 30,000 spectators to the foot of the Eiffel Tower every year.
This new artistic collaboration with JonOne is at the heart of the DNA of Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping, as Virginie Coupérie Eiffel, President and Founder of Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping, explains: ” I fell in love with JonOne from the first moment we met in his studio with its multicolored floor. JonOne epitomizes the open-minded spirit of our event. He’s a generous personality, naturally curious, a contemporary artist who crosses borders, whose work is visible and accessible to everyone, from Harlem to Paris. ”
JonOne lent himself to the game, imagining an original poster painted on canvas.

Dominican-born American artist John Andrew Perello, aka JonOne, began tagging the walls and trains of his childhood neighborhood in Harlem in the 1980s. From tunnels to the best picture rails, from tagging to oil painting, from New York to Paris, his canvases are now sold in the world’s greatest art galleries, and offer a Dionysian delight in lines, entangled in a labyrinth of visual and tactile explosions.
Although he doesn’t consider himself a committed artist, JonOne admits that his work was inspired by the social protest events of his adolescence, such as the Black Panthers and May 68 in France. He paints standing, sitting or bent over, putting his whole body at the service of his art, allowing the movement inherent in his work and his life to shine through.
