What is Suite N°7? The idea was born of a simple observation: the stories that have fueled rock legends have virtually all taken place in hotel suites. Intimate, iconic places, hotel suites welcome stars on tour, after a concert, a veritable cocoon, a refuge for inspiration. The Suite N°7 concept was invented to pay tribute to all these major artists, from the Rolling Stones and Elvis Presley to Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix and Patti Smith. To bring rock back to where it was born, an intimate rock in a place of invention, extravagance and luxury.
Suite N°7 is a series of very private concerts in French palaces, a confidential gathering of bands to be discovered in unusual venues. Today we’re talking about the Suite N°7 event on September 23 in the suite of theConcorde Opéra hotel in Paris, for a private concert by New York band Au Revoir Simone.
