After Versailles and New York, the Relais & Châteaux Grands Chefs choose London for the 3rd annual Grands Chefs Dinner: “All the World’s a Kitchen by the Thames”.

On April 22, the biggest stars of the culinary world will once again come together to celebrate the best of British terroir under the theme “All the World’s a Kitchen by the Thames”. From the prestigious Old Billingsgate, once the world’s largest fish market, guests will be able to admire breathtaking views of London, the Thames and London Bridge, while enjoying a unique gastronomic experience.
45 Grands Chefs from around the world will combine their virtuosity in teams of 3 to create original menus, accompanied by the finest vintage Champagnes from Maison Pommery.
In the end, 15 unique menus, personalized and signed by 3 Grands Chefs, will be prepared live in front of and for guests. The UK representatives will be led by Raymond Blanc and Gary Jones (Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons), Andrew Fairlie (Restaurant Andrew Fairlie) and Claude Bosi (Hibiscus). They will set the tempo for this tribe of Grands Chefs to, once again, surprise and delight their guests with “food Britannia” inspired by the spirit of London. They will be joined by other talents from around the world: Patrick O’Connell (The Inn at Little Washington, USA), Emmanuel Renaut (Flocons de Sel, France) and Lanshu Chen (Le Moût Restaurant, Taiwan).
Grand Chef Raymond Blanc explains “Relais & Chateaux has chosen London to celebrate the extraordinary developments in British gastronomy. The quality of products and a real commitment to a responsible profession are at the heart of this revival. London has established itself as a global culinary destination where chefs’ creations reflect its multicultural essence. Having worked in Britain for the last 30 years, I have always celebrated this distinction as well as Relais & Châteaux values such as L’Art de Vivre and respect for the environment and biodiversity.”

In partnership with Action contre la Faim, a silent auction will be organized and offered to guests. All proceeds will be donated to this charity so dear to the Chefs’ hearts.
