LUMAS Paris – Marais pays tribute to women and their sensuality from February 22 – March 10, 2013, with the exhibition Sex in the City and the works of nine artists and photographers. In art, the captivating, the unexpected often emerges only in the visual rupture with the subject. Placed in an urban environment, the charm and objective beauty of women is broken, neutralized and contrasted. In this way, it becomes possible for the viewer to recognize and experience the symbiosis born of eroticism, sensuality and urban ananonymity.
