This spring/summer 2013 season, Michel Perry moves away from its predile≤ion references – retro, the fifties and sixties particularly – in favor of a very contemporary minimalism, even an evocation of futurism. The tone is direct, with no detours, in the service of an assertive femininity.

– The braid is given an oversize treatment…
– The play of “straight-cut” straps in raw leather combined with thin skin straps marries strength with softness.
– The iconoclastic mix of materials and colors – fluo strokes, high-gloss mirrored leather, optical white, real python, faux crocodile…- creates a new harmony.
In the end, the same codes dear to Michel Perry are reinvented: the substance remains, the register changes.
