IN-STORE SERVICE

TAILORING SERVICE PRESENTATION
– Tailoring specialists will personally present the collection to the customer
– Customers can book an appointment with a tailoring specialist by visiting Burberry .com or in store
– A choice of three distinct styles is available: slim, modern or classic in over forty skilfully woven fabrics.

TRIALS AND FITTINGS
– Once chosen, the selected suit will arrive in the boutique within 48 hours, ready for a fitting with the tailoring specialist
– All alterations are made within a few days, with as many adjustments as necessary to ensure the suit’s impeccable fit.

THE HAND-MAINED COSTUME
– Once the made-to-measure suit has been retouched, it can be collected from the boutique or delivered to a specific address
– The customer can call on his tailoring consultant at any time if he needs to.

MATERIALS AND FABRICS
– Fabrics are inspired by the English countryside and city, from stripes to tweeds; all are designed in London, produced in Great Britain or Italy and are exclusive to the brand
– More than forty fabrics are available in the fabric book in the boutique, with new proposals every season
New interpretations of traditional fabrics have been developed by Burberry:

MANUFACTURING
– All suits are designed at Burberry’s headquarters in London and made-to-measure in Italy
– Over 100 skilled tailors are involved in the making of every Burberry suit.

– Available in 48 hours from store to home/office
– The Burberry Tailoring service is available in more than 70 boutiques worldwide as well as in men’s boutiques in London, Milan and Amsterdam.
