Marithé François Girbaud expands in France and abroad

The brand, while continuing to establish itself in its home country of France, is pursuing its expansion through Germany and Asia.
After the makeover of its flagship store on rue de Montmarcel in 2010, Marithé François Girbaud is continuing its development strategy with a new concept to accompany the opening of its many stores.
François Girbaud continues its retail development strategy in 2011 with the launch
of the new concept in Montpellier (change of address to 11 Grand rue
Jean Moulin in August) and openings in Biarritz (June) and Toulouse (October). Early
December 2011 sees the opening of Stuttgart (200 m2, Rathausstrasse 10) and a 25 m2 corner at Beirut’s BHV Jnah. Confirmed projects for February 2012 with new partners include
Amiens (60 m2, 20 rue des Sergents), Grenoble (130 m2, 18 rue du Docteur Mazet) and two stores in China in Xian and Hangzou, adding to the five already opened since 2008. For department stores, we are planning to extend the
Printemps Haussman stand to the 4th floor, and a men’s stand at Galeries Lafayette Haussman.
