WPT National Series France and ACFPoker Tour: enjoy the thrills of Live Poker
Poker is in full Rush. Poker room attendance is exploding, and games between friends are multiplying. The WPT National Series is the perfect opportunity to take the plunge and play live at one of the stops on this prestigious circuit.
The WPT National Series is touring the poker destinations preferred by French players: Paris and the famous Aviation Club de France from March 17, Cannes from May 31 to June 3 at the Casino Barrière Le Croisette, and the Mazagan Beach Resort from July 12 to 15. These 3-day tournaments with re-entry (players eliminated on day 1A can re-enter on day 1B), with a buy-in of €1,500 + €150, promise the winners the prestigious WPT National Series trophy and a place in the WPT Grand Prix de Paris worth €7,500.
The game structure, designed by Matt Savage, the world’s most renowned tournament director, features 20,000 starting chips and hour-long levels. This allows players to take their time and develop their game with a good depth of stack. The National Series therefore caters for both professional and recreational players, and is the ideal opportunity to sample the adrenalin of live poker.
To maximize players’ chances of participating in these prestigious tournaments, PartyPoker.fr is rolling out a series of online qualifiers available from as little as €1. Every Sunday, the weekly finals, with a buy-in of €150, reserve at least one guaranteed package worth €2,750, including tournament entry, accommodation and an envelope of pocket money to cover travel expenses.

There are 3 qualifying steps, step 1 Freeroll, step 2 with a buy-in of €18 and finally, step 3 which is a super-satellite with a buy-in of €160 every Monday at 9.30pm, guaranteeing a €1,500 package (€750 entry fee + €750 spending money).
The ACFPoker Tour live schedule Season 1:
Stage 1: March 24 and 25, 2012 at the Aviation Club de France during the Paris Open of Poker (POP)
Stage 2: June 2 and 3, 2012 at the Casino Cannes Croisette.
Stage 3: June 16 and 17, 2012 at the Aviation Club de France during the Summer Series.
Stage 4: July 14-15, 2012 at Mazagan Casino, Morocco.
Single structure for all 4 stages: Buy in €750 – 15,000 chips – 45-minute rounds. The winner of each stage qualifies directly for the final.
