The title chosen, Evolution, signals less a change of language than a way of keeping it alive.
Silvana Armani continues this work from redefined proportions and attitudes. Jackets inspired by menswear lengthen and soften; the tailoring alternates between rigour and lines that follow the body without constraining it. For the first time, cotton is introduced as a tangible quality in this universe of reflections and fluidity.
What stays, what shifts
The house presents style as a way of being rather than an immutable code. That formula only holds if it is tested in the clothes. Here, familiar elements change place or function: the gesture is not to start from a clean slate, but to let the reference points move just enough to become visible in a different way.
An echo of the 1980s runs through the collection: crisp shoulders, rhythmic geometries, metallic flashes. But the era does not serve as a backdrop. It becomes a material to transform, capable of giving the silhouettes a present-day impulse without imprisoning them in quotation.
The palette as architecture
