Since the first vintage of its Effervescent Entracte in 2019, Domaine Tariquet has won over connoisseurs looking for fresh, balanced bubbles from grapes grown with care in the heart of Gascony. For this 2022 vintage, lovers of fine encounters between wine and food will be delighted to discover the new additions to this cuvée.

The fruit of a controlled blend of Chenin and Chardonnay grapes, its fine bubbles are the result of a second fermentation using the traditional Charmat method. Now packaged in a distinctive muselet cork, Entracte has also changed its appellation to IGP Comté Tolosan, in further recognition of its roots in the Gers region.

Beyond its gustatory qualities – light bubbles, fruity finish and thirst-quenching freshness – Entracte stands out for Domaine Tariquet’s environmental and social commitment. Here, integrated viticulture has been cultivating soil and biodiversity for three decades, while diversification, labels and certifications attest to responsible production from vine to consumer.

Whether as an aperitif or an accompaniment to a meal, this wine will amaze you with its tasty combinations, whether with oysters from the Bassin or citrus poultry spiced up with spices. Thanks to its freshness and ability to enhance flavors without overshadowing them, Entracte is the perfect ally for fine occasions to be shared among connoisseurs. A bubble of character to celebrate the riches of the Gers terroir
