Le Géant de Provence is an artisanal triple ale brewed to the highest standards. It is brewed using the multiplication method to extract all the sugars and enzymes necessary for its production. Fermentation takes place over 8 days at a temperature of 25°, followed by maturation at low temperature for 3 weeks.
Géant de Provence is a coppery blonde ale with a creamy head. On the nose, it offers notes of pear, and is intense and complex. On the palate, it has a powerful malty flavor with a round, structuring bitterness. Alcohol content: 9°.
Le Géant de Provence uses organic malts such as Pils, Pale, Froment and Carapils, as well as organic Nugget and Aurora hops. It is packaged in 33cl or 75cl bottles, sold in cartons of 12 or 6, and is also available in 20l or 30l disposable kegs.
Géant de Provence is an ideal beer to accompany red meats or dishes in sauce. Serve between 9 and 11°C. Certified organic by FR-BIO-09, it is produced with ingredients from EU/non-EU agriculture.
