Oris presents the Hölstein Edition 2021, a 250-piece limited edition version of the Big Crown pilot’s watch. Its mission is clear: to make people happy.

Introducing a new 38 mm stainless steel case inspired by the original pre-war design, this watch is the first to feature the Oris Calibre 403 in-house automatic movement, a new evolution of the revolutionary Calibre 400.
The Big Crown is an Oris aesthetic signature. The feature that made it stand out was the Pointer Date, a central hand pointing the date on a scale running off the dial.
This new model features a flat bezel, with tauter, cleaner lines. The palette of greys reflects the industrial methods pioneered by Oris in the first half of the 20th century, while the new numbering is based on references from the Oris archives.
Inside is Oris Calibre 403, which shares the same architectural base and high performance as the Calibre 400 automatic in-house movement: a five-day power reserve, high levels of anti-magnetism and a 10-year warranty. These features are complemented by a small seconds at 6 o’clock and the famous Pointer Date function.
It’s also the first 38 mm Big Crown of this century, and each piece features the Oris Bear on the caseback with its limited edition number.
