Those precious moments spent admiring the beauty of the garden at his family’s Normandy villa – the verdant setting he refers to as his “most tender and wondrous memory” – resonate more than ever today in the Granville collection, designed by Cordelia de Castellane. A tribute to her fascination with nature and botany, hydrangeas and wisteria branches, in shades of amethyst, emerald or blue-grey, illuminate a series of plates, mugs, trays and hand-painted glasses. Vases, delicate boxes and monochrome candleholders blown in Murano glass also enrich this radiant, floral line. An essential sweetness of life to be found at home.
