Just 6 months after the release of its first 100% made-in-France Whisky, the Ninkasi is proud to launch its second bottling in the NINKASI WHISKY EXPERIENCE range.
LE SECOND EMBOUTEILLAGE named TRACK ø2 (a nod to the brand’s
musical universe), is a whisky made from 90%
Pilsen malt and 10% peated malt. From distillation to bottling,
is made in Tarare (50km from Lyon), where the water is reputed to be one of the purest in Europe.
“1200 NEW BOTTLES AVAILABLE IN LIMITED EDITION”.
TRACK ø2 aged in 2 local wine barrels: “white wine barrels (Viognier grape variety) from Domaine Louis Chèze (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes)”, checked by the intrepid Alban Perret, the estate’s Scottish-trained master distiller and winemaker.
