At a time when the nautical season is at its height, when sails and old riggings are mingling on the waves of the world’s seas, the Yacht Club de Monaco and La Grâce Dieu des Prieurs – Saint-Émilion Grand Cru – are joining forces to promote expertise, excellence, the art of living at sea, discovery and respect for nature. Bottles and boxes created in collaboration with the Andreï Filatov Art Russe foundation will be available to members of the Yacht Club de Monaco and offered on the menu of the Club’s restaurant, 1909.

Founded in 1953 by Prince Rainier, the Yacht Club de Monaco (Y.C.M.) boasts 1,200 members of 60 different nationalities. Today, the Y.C.M. occupies a unique position in the world of yachting and international yachting. With partners such as Rolex, Riva and Hermès, the Y.C.M. embodies the quintessential alchemy of excellence, pleasure and savoir-vivre.

“For centuries, the Principality of Monaco has held a special place on the Mediterranean. The sea and ships have played a key role in the cultural dissemination of wine. The values of the Yacht Club de Monaco’s banner coincide with those of La Grâce Dieu des Prieurs”.

Laurent Prosperi, Director of the Domaine de La Grâce Dieu des Prieurs

“The vineyards of Saint-Émilion are known the world over for their tradition of know-how and innovation. The Château de La Grâce Dieu des Prieurs, driven by the will of its crew, exemplifies the excellence, boldness and precision of sailors and shipbuilders.”

Bernard d’Alessandri, General Manager, Yacht Club de Monaco
