“What makes us unique makes us accomplished”
Dsquared2 joins the “Be Cool Be Nice” anti-cyber-bullying movement
To support the “Be Cool Be Nice” anti-cyber-bullying movement, Dsquared2 launches a capsule collection. The bold, colorful line of ready-to-wear and accessories by Dean and Dan Caten supports the new movement fighting cyberbullying against young adults and children.
BE COOL BE NICE® (BCBN) was born when a teenager is harassed online, and takes on its full meaning when we know that one in five teenagers will become a victim of cyberbullying. Adopted by celebrities, fashion icons, artists and business leaders the world over, BCBN has gone from being a rallying cry to an association to encourage positive, proactive use of social networks and to defend online and offline courtesy.
“Online bullying is both a very present and frightening issue, which can have a lasting effect and negative impact on young people’s lives. We were bullied as children and understand how devastating it can be. We immediately supported ‘Be Cool Be Nice’ because it’s important to give space to children and teenagers who are in the process of shaping their personalities, so they can discover themselves without judgment, criticism and hatred,” say Dean and Dan Caten. “We designed this capsule collection with this in mind; we wanted to create clothing and accessories with an attitude of strength, confidence and positivity.”
Available from the end of November 2017, the “Be Cool Be Nice” capsule collection will feature denim, sweatshirts, T-shirts and accessories detailed with illustrations in vivid tones for men, women and children. The collection carries a special “Be Cool Be Nice” label and will be sold in selected flagships and other retailers, with part of the proceeds going to the Foundation.

Kindness is always in fashion. Join the movement.
