For its 2017 year-end collection, CLUIZEL has created a chic fairytale universe, in which elegance and gourmandise come together to amaze the little ones and move the grown-ups. Brilliant creations, born of MICHEL CLUIZEL know-how handed down from generation to generation. And to tide you over until Christmas, MICHEL CLUIZEL is launching its back-to-school novelties, including a new Plantation tablet… A change of scenery guaranteed.

La Boule Scintillante
Cluizel has created this scintillating ball with the work of a true goldsmith. The desire to innovate, combined with the mastery of chocolate working and the meticulousness of the Damville teams, gave birth to this precision artistic piece, after several months of research. Comprising a sphere of 72% dark chocolate delicately openworked and decorated with fine gold, the Boule Scintillante is filled with roasted hazelnuts enrobed in gianduja and chocolate with delicious flavors: fleur de sel, raspberry, lemon flaky and coconut.

The Perles Scintillantes box
The opening of this elegant box, illustrated with the Parisian inspirations of Fabienne Legrand, reveals delicate pearls in festive attire. Once again, CLUIZEL innovates by sublimating torrefied hazelnuts covered with gianduja, then chocolate to obtain a balanced taste, a nod to praline. In terms of flavour, Perles Scintillantes are available with fleur de sel, raspberry, lemon flaky or coconut, for a tasting experience rich in flavour! To place at the foot of the Christmas tree, or to share with the family in the run-up to Christmas, this limited-edition gift set is a must-have for chic, chocolate-flavored end-of-year celebrations.

The Advent calendar
What a pleasure it is to open the window of an Advent calendar, and discover the little attention-grabber hidden inside! For the first time, and in a very exclusive edition, MICHEL CLUIZEL has created a deliciously designed calendar that will be the object of envy throughout the month of December. With its sober, sophisticated aesthetic, Manufacture Cluizel offers gourmets the chance to discover its chocolate bonbons as the calendar unfolds. Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, praline, delicately fruity ganaches… And to round off the month in style, the December 24th window features a generous praline bouchée… Enough to delight parents’ taste buds, and educate children’s palates. Available in the “Petite Manufacture Cluizel” in Paris, Neuilly and Bucharest, as well as in the Comptoirs Cluizel in Nantes, Strasbourg and Thionville, each Advent calendar is hand-trimmed for a made-to-measure tasting experience!

Plantation El Jardín dark chocolate bar 69%
A new plantation with an evocative name has been added to the current range: El Jardín, located in Fuente de Oro, on the Ariari plains in the heart of Colombia. From these beans, which draw their organoleptic specialties from the terroir, CLUIZEL has created a new Plantation bar. On tasting, the journey continues: notes of honey, red fruit and caramel harmonize on the palate with toasty, peppery notes, ending with a delicately minty, fresh nale…
In its pretty anise-green case, the El Jardín plantation bar is the latest addition to the collection of Plantation chocolates developed over the years by Manufacture Cluizel: the Mokaya Plantation in Mexico, the Los Anconès Plantation in Santo Domingo, the Vila Gracinda Plantation in São Tomé, the Mangaro Plantation in Madagascar.

Les carrés Chocolats de Plantation
For the CLUIZEL family, a passion for chocolate is something to be discovered, learned and shared. Visually appealing with their shimmering colors, these different boxes of Plantation chocolates have been designed as a veritable initiatory journey among the 5 plantations chosen by Marc Cluizel for the quality of their terroirs. Each with its own character! The chocolate square is available in 3 formats: the 6-square reglette, for the pleasure of a chocolate square with coffee, the 16-square case, to discover the aromatic subtleties of the different plantations, and the 26-square box, to enjoy with family or friends, or to give as a gift for the pleasure of good dark or milk chocolate.
