La Réserve Paris restaurants offer Parisians a wonderful surprise in August

In August, La Reserve Paris, one of the few Parisian Palace hotels with a French owner, is reserving a rare privilege for its guests: the restaurant La Pagode de Cos and its terraces will remain open non-stop, and are offering their customers “wine merchant rates” on bottles of Cos d’Estournel vintage 2010 and earlier.
Chef Jérôme Banctel’s signature dishes, such as Coquelet and Lamproie Bordelaise, will also be on the menu
The hotel’s second restaurant (with two Michelin stars) , Le Gabriel, will also be offering this service.

Grand cru classe de Saint Estephe, Cos d’Estournel is an estate benefiting from an exceptional terroir belonging to the owner of La Reserve Paris, Mr Michel Reybier.
What more can we say? Once again, the Reserve Paris Hotel delights its guests!

La Pagode de Cos – Daily from 12:00 to 23:00 – A la carte or dish of the day
Le Gabriel – Lunch from 12:00 to 14:30 / Dinner from 19:00 to 22:30 – The restaurant is closed on Saturday lunchtimes only.
Jackets are required for gentlemen at Le Gabriel.
