Imagine your own creation with Maison Carte d’Or

To satisfy every gourmet craving, personalization is at the heart of the Maison Carte d’Or concept, open for 3 months in Paris. So everyone can create an ice-cream pastry to their own unique image! Simply select :
A macaron in May, a chou au craquelin in June or a meringue in July, among more than 6 colors: black, brown, pink, green…

A wide choice of creamy recipes : vanilla, strawberry-lime, exotic or chocolate …

Ice cream or sorbet in over 6 flavors: vanilla, caramel fleur de sel, dark chocolate, strawberry, mango or pistachio…

Two toppings* from a choice of over 10: shredded coconut, raspberries, strawberries, caramelized pistachios, apples, crunchy golden pearls, strawberry powder, rose petals, lime zest or caramelized black sesame…

And as a final note, each creation is enhanced by a cloud of Carte d’Or powder, the brand’s signature.

Renowned pastry chef, Yannick Tranchant opened the Neva Cuisine restaurant in Paris after being the pastry chef at La Grande Cascade. In 2016, he also won the title of Pastry Chef of the Year at the Omnivore festival. In his creations, he likes to play with subtlety to magnify a flagship product in a way that is both gourmet and elegant. With Carte d’Or, he shares a taste for demanding frozen desserts, as evidenced by the recipes inspired by the brand’s ephemeral boutique.

An inspiring place to discover ice in a different way

At first glance, the elegant window display of the Maison Carte d’Or boutique seduces, showcasing the ice cream creations. Once you’ve pushed open the door, you’re in a gourmet den. You’ll discover a contemporary space with clean lines and trendy colors, inspired by the world of patisserie.

Upon entering, the eye is immediately drawn to the pastry bar, where you can imagine a personalized composition. A more intimate lounge area lets you savour the moment in charlotte-shaped armchairs. In the kitchen, the Maison Carte d’Or chefs have a specially-designed area for creating the pastries imagined by Yannick Tranchant or by customers. And before you leave, a quick detour to the photocall allows you to immortalize the moment, by taking a photo to share without moderation on social networks!

Audrey Fleurot, godmother of the event

Audrey Fleurot will have the pleasure of inaugurating the Maison Carte d’Or ephemeral boutique. An actress as elegant as she is renowned, we’ve admired her in Kaamelott, Engrenages, Un village français, Sous les jupes des lles and Intouchables, among others. Embodying the values of Carte d’Or, a top-of-the-range brand, she will be taking a break from filming for a resolutely gourmet break.
