On the eve of Easter, Nicolas Cloiseau will take ten chocolate enthusiasts into the school kitchens of the famous Place Vendôme hotel for a unique and exclusive experience. They’ll get to grips with the art and craft of putting chocolate in all its states. With the rare expertise, style and signature of a Meilleur Ouvrier de France Chocolatier, they will bring Haute Couture Easter delights to life.
On the program: tasting and sensitizing participants’ palates to the aromatic typicity of cocoa; making Mademoiselle Plume, the star of La Maison du Chocolat’s 2017 collection; creating a gourmet egg topped with praline and covered in chocolate.

Open to all, this workshop will give everyone the opportunity to shine as a family.
