La Réserve Paris presents its Christmas log!
For the festive season, La Réserve Paris has reinvented its Yule log. Pastry Chef Marc Lecomte unveils “L’Ivoire”.
This exquisite composition of pineapple, passion fruit, lime and white chocolate is as divine to contemplate as it is to taste, and will make your Christmas dessert a unique moment of absolute bliss.
This log is the result of Marc Lecomte’s collaboration with renowned chocolate artist Patrick Roger, who once again transforms the Reserve’s festive dessert into an ephemeral work of art.

Inspired by the hotel’s famous emblematic animal, the two gave free rein to their talent and creativity to create an ivory-colored log in the shape of an elephant’s tusk.
The buche is supported by a chocolate tusk created by Patrick Roger. It is hollow, giving it the lightness that harmonizes so well with the buche’s fruity flavors, the work of Marc Lecomte. Considered by his peers as one of the most promising talents of his generation, he has found within Reserve Paris the ideal setting to express all his creativity.
His Christmas log is an orchestration of pineapple, passion fruit and lime flavors. It will transport the aesthetes who taste it into a world of finesse and delicacy that is the hallmark of the greats.
