This summer, Ricard creates an event and plays with its own traditions: the symbolic yellow is adorned with blue, another emblematic color of the brand.
This limited edition pays tribute to the brand’s French origins and production, born under the sign of the sun in Marseille. It was in 1932 that Paul Ricard, then aged 23, launched his unique recipe, now France’s leading spirits brand.
Dressed in blue for summer, Ricard remains true to itself: an authentic recipe with intact freshness. In contact with chilled water and a cascade of ice cubes, the subtle alliance of anise and liquorice releases all its aromas.
This 2016 edition shakes up the brand’s codes as if to forcefully reaffirm, while renewing, that Ricard is the French aperitif par excellence.
Cold ahead! Ricard Bleu, the new summer cocktail.
In its balloon glass or stretched out with plenty of fresh water and a cascade of ice cubes: Ricard can be enjoyed according to individual taste.
This summer, Ricard yellow is tinted a gourmand blue. Created in exclusive partnership with MONIN, the benchmark brand for top-of-the-range syrups, the new cocktail combines the flavors of aniseed and licorice with the fresh sensations of blue mint.
Also available in a frosted version: “Frozen Ricard”, an original granita machine available exclusively in many bars this summer, for a surprisingly fresh consistency in the mouth.
