Located in the heart of the Bourse-Opéra district, the legendary Drouant restaurant unveils its pretty terrace lined with greenery. Set on the charming Place de la Fontaine Gaillon, it brings a vacation feeling to the capital. The good news? It’s open all summer long, even in August.
To complete the vacation mood for the duration of a meal, pick from chef Antoine Westermann’s hors d’oeuvres and share them. It’s convivial, generous and full of flavors… ideal for a good time around the table. Enjoy a tartare of sea bream with fresh coriander, a poultry terrine with hazelnuts or a cold pea cream delicately seasoned with smoked bacon. On the sweet side, you’ll love the 70% chocolate royal or the raspberry gratin.
The Drouant restaurant, as Antoine Westermann wanted it, is a brasserie of its time, with a menu that gives customers the freedom to come in different states of appetite. A timeless place where everyone can meet for a dish of the day, a cocktail, a glass of wine, brunch or dinner.
