With superior dosage and bespoke blending, Veuve Clicquot RICH is designed to invite connoisseurs to personalize their champagne and discover new taste experiences. According to Dominique Demarville, “sugar in champagne is like spices in a recipe: used correctly, it can reveal speci-fic aromas and play with flavors”. With the Veuve Clicquot RICH collection, red fruit is taken to the next level. The House’s signature Pinot Noir takes on a new versatility thanks to a higher dosage, while a greater presence of Pinot Meunier favors fresh, gourmet notes, balanced by a creamy finish common to all Veuve Clicquot expressions. Veuve Clicquot RICH blend: 45% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay. Veuve Clicquot RICH Rosé blend: 45% Pinot Noir (including 16 points of red wine), 40% Pinot Meunier, 15% Chardonnay.
