CHAMPAGNE DRAPPIER
Drappier’s vineyards cover 100 hectares and represent the essential asset of the company’s wines. Since 1808, our family has been able to select particularly well exposed and extremely chalky parcels, mostly located around Urville, where the Pinot Noir, which is in the majority, finds its most beautiful expression and allows us to produce very elegant aromatic wines.

Nose evoking strawberry, raspberry with a floral note of rose petal. The palate, which reminds of red fruits, is enhanced by citrus notes, tangerine and a very refined touch of white pepper. Ideal service as an aperitif. Accompanies perfectly salmon or scallop carpaccio, sushi, grilled meats… Serve at 7°c
