Indeed, always keen to offer its guests rare experiences, this year the Hôtel Plaza Athénée has created a sleigh with a very contemporary design on which it will be possible to dine every evening from December 3 to January 31, 2016!
Imagine arriving at the Plaza Athénée with your friends… In the lobby, you’re greeted and guided to the Plaza cellar where, after a private tour, you’re offered a glass of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2006 champagne and some canapés.
You’re then guided to the hotel’s ice rink to discover the sled…
The table is set and waiting for you. Dinner unfolds like magic: while enjoying Dom Pérignon P2 1998, you are served a “Winter barbajuan” and a “Fine pumpkin velouté, scallops, black truffle”. Enjoy a “Cookpot of vegetables from the garden of Versailles”, and a “Risotto tartuffi di Alba”. Dinner continues with “Veal en blanquette, sauce Albufera tartufi di Alba”. An unforgettable culinary experience that ends with a “Chocolate soufflé from the Manufacture Alain Ducasse in Paris, accompanied by white truffle ice cream”.

Reservations and rates:
Accommodating up to 4 guests, reservations for this unique “table” include an aperitif in the cellar, complete privatization of the Cour Jardin, with dedicated service and a menu created especially for the occasion.
