To celebrate summer in Megève, Chef Emmanuel Renaut has created a unique program for guests at Le Flocons de Sel to discover mountain flora.

Chef Emmanuel Renaut has a taste for sharing. He is passionate about the mountain region where he works at Flocons de Sel in Megève, and never ceases to enjoy sharing the treasures of his region. In the kitchen, he draws his inspiration from the region’s culinary delights, providing his guests with moments of haute gastronomie.

When he’s not in the kitchen, he invites Flocons de Sel guests to join him on his daily mountain stroll and show them what he sees with his own eyes as a regular mountain lover. This summer, he wants to show that the mountains also have many attractions in the summertime. The lucky few who set off with the three-star chef will discover the secrets of Savoyard flora on trails known only to insiders.
