The Thai ready-to-wear house presented the Reines-de-la-nuit collection, named after a nocturnal flower that only grows once a year. Busardi takes us into an imaginary world in which the queen is absolute and all-powerful, a supreme icon of elegance. The simplicity of the cuts reveals the attention paid to the material itself: dresses are embroidered with flowers in guipure or Chantilly lace. The entire collection oscillates between deep blue and royal blue, occasionally tinged with vivid violet, a palette that mimics the dark tones of night. A virtuoso of ornamentation, Busardi created dresses inspired by the Victorian era, a wardrobe worthy of a queen. The models adopted a haughty bearing in perfect harmony with the creations they wore.
